do I have MS?

Hello, I have been having crazy anxiety over this.  I unfortunately google diagnosed my self and I think I may have MS.
It all started a year ago with a headache and neck pain that would not go away.  Headache eventually went away but the neck pain remained.  I had MRI done and results are as follow.

There are scattered small hyperintensities on T2 weighted and FLAIR images in the centrum semiovale and subcortical white matter bilaterally.  As the corpus callosum is not involved these are non specific and may be seen with minimal small vessel ischemic disease.  ( Particularly if the patient is hypertensive or diabetic), demyelinating etiologies (including but not limited to lymes disease or postviral) or Vasculitis ( including migraines)  Clinical correlation is recommended.
There is no hemorrhage or evidence of mass lesion.  There is no Extraaxial collection and there is no hydrocephalus.
Flow voids are demonstrated within the carotid arteries bilaterally as well as with the vertebrobasilar system indicating patency.  No vascular anomaly is seen..  There is no other significant abnormal focal intra axial hyperintensity or hypointensity.  No acute infarct is seen.
The paranasal sinuses are clear.  The orbits and temporal bones appear to be with normal limits.

Impression
1 scattered small supratentorial white matter hyperintensities on T2 weighted and FLAIR image which are nonspecific as above.
2  Other wise unremarkable MRI of the brain including no infarct, hemorrhage of mass lesion demonstrated.

I had an appointment with the neuro and ask if I had any pain in my eye, which I did not.  He also asked if I had any tingling feeling or numbness.  Which at the time did not.  He concluded it was migrain and my high blood pressure which I developed last couple of years.  This was 5 months ago.
About 4 months ago I have developed carpal tunnel like sydrome where my hands are very stiff with tingling sensation.
I also have extreme fatigue and the tingling sensation which is very mild, started 1 month ago on my legs and arms.  sometime back of my head and different parts of my body.  My left leg feels like I pulled a muscle or knee joint pain. I am extremely scare and been having sleepless nights over these sensation.

5 months ago I adopted a toddler from Korea which has changed my life drastically and I am 47 years old.  I thought may be I might be perimenopausal.   Anyone with insites would be greatly appreciated.

Hi and welcome,

I find it curious that this all coincides with the time frame of adopting your little one, there maybe something there to consider but from what you've mentioned MS wouldn't be the most likely causation because MS doesn't cause symptoms to be in all peripherals. MS is a condition of the central nervous system and it sounds more consistent with a peripheral nervous system issue to me.....

You mentioned high blood pressure, i honestly think you should be taking steps to reduce your anxiety and consider if your hypertension diagnosis is more of an issue than you may be currently aware of and if so, refocus your thoughts towards getting this specific medical issue better managed.

Cheers.........JJ

Are you being followed by a neurologist? say every six months. A quick way to determine if it is neurological or not is to have your GP or neurologist give you a neurological exam. It is reflexes, pulling and pushing on arms and legs, following the finger, etc. They can tell from that test if you have neurological problems and just where. With me it was my brain stem, If is normal you do not have worry about MS.

Diagnosing with google has one draw back there are about 840 neurological disorders and over 33 mimics of MS which are not neurological.
