should i just go to er and get this over with and some answers

I have been told I have everything from lupus to ms, lupus negative results, only one positive ana and that was when i had uterine cancer. I am having many symptoms, and no insurance, and cant afford to pay the money wanted to get private insurance. in my state the quickest way to get insurance is to go to er, but anyway, my neck is so stiff that i cant turn my head, eyes are blurry, the numbness on the top of my right foot has expanded to the other side of my foot, my reflexes are more hyper active than usual, and i am so tired that i cant see straight. i cant afford to keep feeling like this it is affecting every aspect of my life. I have numbness in my arm and hubby is worried sick. I dont know what to expect, and the neurologist i saw chalked it all up to affects of the chemo i recieved and the problems i had. when i had my hysterectomy i had a severe pelvic hematoma and severe internal bleeding. They thought it was lupus, until my ana went down to normal, and then it was maybe ms or may be fibromyalgia which a rheumatologist said no to. I had so many internists count five one ob/gyn and one gyn/onc and radiologist, but right now cancer is the least of my problems. I dont know what is going on with me. I have had black outs for about 7 yrs that i just blew off but did get thyroid checks and that is all fine. This is the first time that my neck hurt to this extent. I also have swelly belly but that is cancer fluid (ascites) my question is what other things can cause all this to happen besides ms. my cancer is not metastatic it was all confined to the female organs which are gone. need advice quickly before i go nuts what else could cause all this stuff to go on all at once, it is postponing my chemo and i have to get this thing going

Would you please re-post after your ER visit and let us know what they have found out?

If your symptoms get worse after colds then this may give the doctors some clues.

Please keep us informed.

Hi,

Are you currently under the care of a neurologist or anyone?  When was the last time you had full bloods done and tests etc?  Have you ever ha an MRI brain, spine etc etc? When you did see a neurologist what tests did they do?
I am sorry you are going through this, it already sounds like you have been through quite a bit.  If it were me just based on what you have said, I w ould be going to the ER and getting more tests done and if your not seeing a neurologist now I would be.

All the best.
