  Well the bears are in full swing now, had one shot just down the road from us and a friend of ares had one brake into there goat pen but did not get any of them thank God but there kind of in that in between finding th dead from winter and waiting for the moose too drop there calfs, but right now we are having them come by but not doing anything but passing though and had one walk right in frount of us on the road and had to stop in the middle of the road but as far as I have heared 3 have been shot as of now and one person had been mauled as of right now

But it starting off really good for bear problems this year

It sounds down right scary to me.  I'd keep a gun with me at all times .  Or  :) probably not be brave enough to live there in the first place. I live in Fl. and the threat of a large spider gives me the willys..  

I do go for walks where I am considering bringing pepper spray . The only thing I see are squirrels and birds so I guess I'm not in any immediate danger. Of course I'm thinking I'll run into a cougar , but since there are not many in the state I recon I'm safe.  :)  

You are a very courageous population , you all who live in the wilds of the world. I admire and applaud you .
