I have thyroid issues as well.  Are you taking something for it?  Thyroid problems will definitely cause problems!  After being on Synthroid for several months (this was a while ago), I did start to feel a better.  However, I do have MS, and it's complicated to tell which symptom went with what problem.  It will probably be complicated for you, too, unfortunately.  If you have one autoimmune problem, you're more like to have others.

Wishing you the best,
Deb
