+ FASCICULATIONS AFTER VIRUS - ANXIETY - EXERCISE ?

Three weeks ago I got headaches and  also sporadical needle-like pain in muscles and the urethra. I became very concerned, but the doctor said that it was a common viral infection and that the symptoms would go away in a  few days. Then the headache diminished and the needle-like pain disappeared. So, I went to the gym for doing 30 min. cardio and also as an anti-anxiety measure. Later that night I got instensive FASCICULATIONS in my legs (thighs and calves), arms, back, more rarely in my abs and other parts and aslo pain-tiredness in the legs. After 4 days fasciculatons and a light headache remained, the doctor checked  me and found fasciculations also in my tongue. The neurologist ordered basic blood tests and made a physical exploration. He did not find any abnormality, but the TWITCHING was so intense, the they filmed it. I was very concerned because in my left tigh the fasciculations were more frequent and larger, and I felt weakness and pain.  After more than a week the pain in the legs has changed a bit, the fasciculations some times reduce, but when I get anxious they increase. NO medicine has been prescribed to me, just a new checking after a month.

I want to reduce my anxiety, to put away the weakness in my legs. By close experience in life I know that these symptons do not match ALS-description, but the first days I thought a lot of it.
Can a virus cause all these symptoms? Can be all this caused by anxiety? Maybe other reasons like thyroid disbalance etc?
Thanks for your comments.

I had twitching once in a while for a few years, then after getting a high fever from a virus, my entire body went out of control twitching constantly everywhere. Doctor thought I had dengue but it was not the case. It has been three months since and twitching has reduced but definitely still there. I am taking pregabalin and that's helped calm the twitching down a lot, but I am still concerned that this is just a bandaid and no doctor has any idea why this is happening to me. The neurologist did a EMG and NCV but found nothing at all and said I am totally fine. But, life was fine before the virus, now after it is quite painful and difficult, I have pain in a few places as well that never went away.
