Could you please help me. I'm 41 years of age
For more then 3 years I have pain in my knee and I can't kneel down, and no strength and also pain in my hand whenever I wash the dishes or use strength to do anything, both in my left side hand and knee. Ever since I was small I've got sinus and easy to get headaches, I'm very clumsy and very easy to trip and twist my leg or fall down and hit my head. Two years ago, many times pain in my left foot when I'm walking in any sort of shoes, the pain will come and go. Beginning of this year, my foot started hurt badly so I went to the doctors and took a normal X-ray, and there was a small fracture in my toe of my left foot. After three months of treatment I went back to work, then my knee started to hurt again and it gets worse when I walk too much, but only once in awhile, so I thought maybe is because I rested too much. But then about four and a half month ago, it started to get worse everyday when I walk (first there is pain, if I continue to walk I will feel weak in my left side from my hip to my knee, and is like I'm going to fall cause it's too pain and no strength to continue walking) everyday for about a month, then suddenly all my joints started hurting badly, tired easily and because I feel tired I will start to tremble and the worse part is I can't walk by myself, I need to hold on to something to walk because is too painful, and I feel dizzy. I went to see several doctor's, they took blood test and X-ray of my hip, knee and lungs, but all came out normal. They just gave me some pills and they said I'm ok. One doctor wrote a letter for me to go to a therapy, I'm still waiting for the consultation, it might take months. One doctor said that maybe there is an infection in muscle, another doctor said maybe is stress, and also worse of all is that my foot and hands has red dots in the beginning that itch and now is red rashes and is painful and itchy. Now I still can't walk normally because of the pain, I have to walk very slow, and no doctor's here in my country knows what's wrong with me, they didn't even care to mark for another consultation.
I've been checking on the website about my symptoms, but I'm not very sure about it. Could you please help?
(dizzy, memory loss, can't remember the words to say, once in awhile I get choke just drinking anything or maybe sometimes is the liquid in my nose that will choke me, very bad temper, sleeping problem, sometimes can't understand what the person is saying, trembling, headaches, easy to get depressed, chest pain, neck pain, knee pain, foot and hand rashes, and sometimes no idea what I'm doing)
P.S. There is also a lump in my right side chest, the doctor just had a small check up and said that it is only a bone infection. For two months I still have it and as long I don't touch it, it doesn't hurt. If I touch it, it hurts.
Thank you.

I have RA and neuropathy which I suppose may be the cause of my burning skin sensation.  It burns all over 24/7.  How typical is this?  It has gotten worse over the years to the point is can be flet everywhere and all the time.  Some painkillers knock the edge off but never gives complete relief.  Any touch, particularly rubbing of the skin cannot be tolerated.  Clothes rub and make is worse so does hot weather.  Have you ever heard of such symptoms and do you have any suggestions?
