What does it mean Pituitary has convex superior margin within normal limits?

Symptoms last 4 years after hand surgery- RSD left hand. Facial burning, numbness, Tegratol for face is helping. Bulging eyes, pain seen specialist for that. Is better off and on. Then in May 2019 got dizzy, spacey then headache, throwing up, bp up to 188 from 130’s. Nausea. Went to hospital twice. Had no contrast MRI done which showed convex superior margin though in normal limits. Have daily headaches almost constantly since. If no pain then pressure. I can’t bend down, cough, sneeze without severe pain/pressure. Diagnosed with hashimotos along the way. I do have cervical vertebrae’s way out and being adjusted finally. Slight stinosis but c7, c8 have narrowing on one side. Not sure which.

Hi.  I believe a convex superior margin means the pituitary is enlarged.  It's normally concave but becomes convex when it enlarges. But it is not enlarged outside normal limits.  Meaning it's not 'too big'. This is actually a very normal finding in reproductive age females.  Do you mind if I ask how old you are? I believe an enlarged pituitary gland can cause headaches but so can sinus issues which you also sound to have.  The issues with your hand are probably separate in my opinion and due to the stenosis.  What has your neurologist told you?
