EMG Results

Hello.
Around a year ago, I injured my neck and back while working out. When I searched about it on the internet, I saw ALS. So then I got an EMG about 8 months ago. Doctor said it was a clean emg and no ALS. But when I checked the result sheet, I saw polyphasia in almost every limb and when searched about it, in fact, polyphasia can be a sign of ALS. Now as a hypochondriac, I am freaking out. My question is, can bulging discs and herniations cause polyphasia? Secondly, I have had no progression over time, so can I rule ALS out? I trust my doctor, but I would like to have second opinion in here as well. Thanks.Here is my test. It is in my language but you can understand some things I guess.
