Am I having a breakdown?

I have times where everything is very VERY fast, shaking, and everything is yelling at me. This has got to the point where I have started to cry, breathing hard, and even been told I have yelled. It mostly happens late at night either when I'm half asleep, laying down, or when I mess something up.

That sounds like an anxiety attack to me. I've had similar experiences when stressed out or when I mess up on something important. I will get really tense, time and space perception gets a little skewed, crying, hyperventilating, and I have yelled at people before.

This helps alot, thank you. Although its not just important stuff, little things like a game of basketball in gym can cause me to go to the locker room and try to calm myself, saying I loss in gym. Sometimes this would happen in my dreams too, but they're nightmares. But again thank you :)
