I have neuropathy in one leg because of a shunt placed since 1987 for a Syrinx. I always wrestled at night with that awful pins and needles sensation. My sister recommended a Magnesium Oil or in Cream version (which i prefer) and it works wonders!!!! Who would of thought...
1) Ancient Minerals Magnesium Lotion
2) Life-Flo Pure Magnesium oil
Hope it helps!
Read the reviews on Amazon and you can find out how others use it. Walgreens has the Life-Flo Mag.
Hello and welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question. Sorry you are having this issue, that must be very frustrating. Perhaps the tingling is due to nerve impingement. It's always best to check in with a doctor about this. A neurologist in particular could examine you and expertly guide you. In general, if you have impingement of nerves causing this, you could also see a physical therapist. Stretching could be very beneficial. Other home remedies can potentially help as well. https://www.healthline.com/health/symptom/pinched-nerve-in-foot This article that you can copy and paste has some things you can try. However, I'd really love for you to talk about this with your doctor. You should rule out peripheral neuropathy which would be the result of another condition you would want to treat. Let us know how you are are doing.
