Ataxia

I am 50 and over the past year I have experienced a progressive form of feet Ataxia that has now made it  very difficult for me to run or even walk. The discomfort gets worse as the day progresses as I feel like I have frozen feet and I walk like I am drunk. I keep reading about how there is no cure in the traditional medicine world, but is anyone aware of any success in the alternative medicine world. What options, if any do I have
