BILATERAL BRAIN HERNIATION

Iam a 57 year old female.  I have loss of hearing specially low tones , tinnitus and can feel my pulse in my ears.  I also have had very few and mild vertigo feelings except for one time.  I looked for the use of a hearing aid but after CT and Brain MRI was diagnosed with billateral brain herniation to the middle ear and also pseudomeningocelle. Doctors think this is congenital since I have no history of traumatic head trauma, frequent sinus or ear infections recently.  Doctors believe this a rather unique condition but other that telling me that If I get ear infections could have meningitis or that if I leak CSF would need emergency surgery.  They do not give me a treatment course to follow but seem rather surprised for what seems an "interesting and never seen before case".
Please if anyone knows more about any of this let me know.  Thank you

I have had these symptoms for years but they seem to be getting worst specially the hearing loss.
The results of the MRI are as follows:
Hyperintense T2 signal intensity compatible with inflammatory changes are noted at the right
mastoid air cells.  Hyperintense T2 signal intensity is noted at the right and left epitympanum.  No gross intracranial extension identified; however, there is apparent mild bulging of the inferior aspect of the right and left epitympanum can not rule out encephaloceles.
Upon physical exam a neurotologist viewed brain tissue showing behind the ear tympanic membrane and semicircular canals  and it was pulsating, I saw it miself in a monitor.

Hello.

It would help if you could mention since when you are experiencing the symptoms of tinnitus, hearing loss and vertigo. Can you also narrate the exact MRI report here, please. I can not understand "herniation to the middle ear" part.

Regards
