Body twitching/crawling sensations/rashes

Hello I have been struggling with my body for over 2 months now. I first began to experience tingling/crawling sensations in my legs and over time it has gradually spread to everywhere on my body. The tingling/crawling sensations are sometimes accompanied with itchy scaly rashes and tiny bumps. My body has also been vibrating and twitching under the skin. I got an ana test done for any autoimmune conditions but that came back normal. Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

Hi, have you looked into Dermatomyositis? If the skin issue is connected to the muscle issues, then you should check that out. But please don't be scared when you google this because the info online is much more scary than for about 80% of people that have this. I have probably had this for about 20 years and have many "small" symptoms come and go but nothing serious. If the skin issues are not connected to the nerve/muscle issues then this could be many things. Like Sjögrens in the nerve system.  I hope you get a great doctor to help you figure this out.
