Brain MRI white spots

Hello. I recently had a 3T brain and spine MRI due to a range of troubling neurological symptoms lasting nearly 3 months. (Neuropathy, numbness, vibration sensations in legs, tinnitus/sound sensitivity). The radiologist report said the scans were “normal” yet I was intrigued by some of the slices from the images. In particular some from the side and top of the brain have a few very small white dots in the grey matter and I wondered if this was normal for a 39 y old male? They weren’t mentioned by the radiologist and I will bring this up with my neuro but wondered if anyone wanted to take a look at the link below had some insights they’d like to share.

All other slices including brainstem, deeper brain matter and spine look normal to my eye.

Thanks

J
