Brain lesions "MS like" symptoms & no diagnosis-please help

I am 30yrs old and have these symptoms/diagnosis':Fybromyalgia, three brain lesions, a central scatoma in left eye, vitamin D deficient, iron deficient, have extreme fatigue, weaker on right side of body(used to be left side then switched), tremors, tingling/numbness in arms and legs at times, & on disability with no diagnosis. I currently take these medications: Provigil, prescription vitamin D once per week, iron daily, lyrica, propropanal for tremor, cymbalta, Klonopin(as needed), and nexium. I've been to several doctors, had five MRI's and one spinal MRI(spinal showed normal). These symptoms began in 2004. I currently use a cane. I've been to an two neurologists, an MS specialist , and a NeuroOpthomologist. None of them could rule out MS. No one can give me a diagnosis and seam to sweep these symptoms under the rug. I was forced on disability last year by by employee of nine years. My neurologist suggested I see a neurophyc. last month. Also, I have a sister with MS. I've been tested for Lymes Didease, Jsogren's (spell?) Disease and both came back normal. Also, I have frequent urination and sometimes can't control it. Please help me. Does anyone out there have any of these symptoms and not been able to get a diagnosis? I'm beginning to feel crazy! Any suggestions?

Thanks so much for writing me back. It's wonderful to know I'm not the only one out there experiencing these symptoms. It's interesting that your friend feels you have benign MS. That was one of the "possible diagnosis'" my neurologist said I could have. I'll see if I can find out more about it. By the way, I had to e-mail you back thru this forum because your e-mail was blocked out. I'll try to send you mine to see if it works. It's toni.lutes- a yahoo e-mail(I wrote it this way so it will let me send it to you!) Thanks again!

Hi...my name is Debbie and I am a 57 yr. old wife and mohter...I have alot of your symptoms...Fibromyalgia, 4 brain lesions, fatigue, trigeminal neuralgia (left side facial, head,,jaw, neck, arm pain), dizziness, off balance, incontinence at times, leg weakness, short term memory loss, and confusion...I have had no definite diagnosis..the last neurologist told me to go home and live my life...he said I have no idea why you have lesions or the symptons you do...what a jerk...this has been going on for years...I seem to be in and out of remission, many years ago ( approx. 25)..I had some kind of electrical test for MS and was told it was boderline???? My girlfriend, a nurse now down in FL, has felt I have MS...possibly benign MS...which I have never heard of....I think my doc. just doesn't want to listen anymore so I try not to go...I am very close to a 25 yr. old woman who was diagnosed with MS two years ago...I think we both need a really good neurologist...this is what I am working on right now....in Mass.  please let me know how you are doing...my email is ....***@****
