CSF or not?

i have headache before on one specific spot on the top right of my head. my headache triggers only when i lay down at the right side of my head. this includes a pressure on my right neck at base skull. to prevent experiencing the headache, i prevent to put pressure on my right head and lay down on my left side instead.

one night, i experience again the headache and suddenly feel like something dripping on my nasal to my throat. it suddenly stops after few minutes or an hour.

on the next days, i feel like something dripping again. not continues but it happens from time to time. but no headache or other symptoms. it doesn't drip on my nose too even when bend down. not sure if the leak is minimal for it impossible to leak on my nose.

should i suspect this immediately as csf leak? i never had a history of surgery. no runny nose or cough. i'm thinking that my back neck pain or headache is due to bad posture because of long computer time.
