Chronic traumatic encephalopathy

CTE can be caused by concussions and subconcussive impacts to the brain. What exactly is a subconcussive impact? After getting an elbow to the jaw by my nephew (while 20weks pregnant) I became very anxious about concussions. Either because of hormones or a concussion... my anxiety went into overdrive. To help convince myself it wasn't a big deal, I kept hitting my jaw (like 5 knocks) in that same place with my knuckles throughout the day. Ridiculous I know. I did this for a couple of weeks-multiple times a day. I got a migraine with Aura and stopped. After reading about CTE being caused by ANY HIT to the head, I am now wondering about the possibility after hitting the same spot a hundred times in 2 weeks and causing a rotational shake of my head. So my question is... how hard do these hits have to be? Is any form of vibration/shock to the skull bad and cumulative to CTE? It's so vague idk how to get over this without answers. I'm afraid my own anxiety could have made this a possibility.
