Cold sensation in the top of the head

Hello...i have been having a strange sensation inside my head for a period of 2 months from now...strange sensations includes cold sensations, something crawling inside the head, pins and needles feelings all over the body, slight numbness on the face...took MRI of brain which is clear, EEG as well which is clear and MRI of spine and daignoised with cervical spondylosis... met a neurologist with 48 yrs exp in the field...she examined me for any nervous disorder...she had a look at the MRI and did not react at all...finally she told me that there is nothing to worry with the nervous system and everything is fine...but please tell me why do i get those sensations if there is no problem in the nervous system...thanks for your replies !!
