Weakness/restlessness in one side of body

hello, my name is Jan and am male/20 years. For the last 2 years or so i felt the constant need t shake or move my right hand/arm and then sometimes my right leg. This slowly became more noticable and i think worse when i started to feel weakness in both limbs. I feel that my right leg and arm also tend to feel tinglyness and go numb and cold easier than other parts of body. It feels like carpal tunnel in my right hand and thought it was the case becasue my car steering wheel used to shake vigourly for a period as does my right pedal. When exercisng right side gets heavier and more drain. I feel like i need to shake out leg and arm which then feels better. more lately i feel it coming from my right shoulder as i type as if the nerves only on my right side are becoming more tightened or something and developing more throughout. Im also very concious of co-ordinaion problems more noticably in my right hand along with dexterity. I walk moreso on my left side for a sake of balance and can actually feel a nerve sensitivity sometimes when i plant and lean on my left leg. I know its definitely the nerves in my right side where the problem sits. The feeling is hard to describe but for eg. I struggle to clench my hand strongly and have a weak grab/pinch etc. like when you get very hyper or giddy/laughy and become weak. Sounds very much like carpal tunnel but why does  my whole right side seem to be getting worse and havnt driven the shaky car in over a year. RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME sounded spot on what my problem was in terms of leg feeling and might be in other parts of body also, one tip i heard is to have no salt in diet which im trying to do and will see if helps. Also alcohol seems to intensify shaky weak feelings especially the next day or when hungover, which is the case with some normal people with no problems(shaking that is).

I have been to the neurologist and wasnt helpful and after being no help, and getting a negative MRI i am now lost and need help. Thanks for reading, i wrote a fair bit and appreciate u lookingover and would like to hear your thoughts. i would get on with condition bit feel it affecting my sport activity and effecting my strenght fatigue in one side etc.

Did you ever find an answer? I’m having that exact same thing on my left side.

I know this is old, but I haven’t gotten an actual answer yet. My doc thinks it’s a vitamin b6 deficiency but even with supplements, it still comes and goes.
