Hi

I am assuming that you are talking about fibromyalgia which affects muscles and soft tissues of the body leading to chronic pain and fatigue.
The treatment options are:
Medications:
• Analgesics :  Acetaminophen, tramadol, NSAIDS etc
• Antidepressants
• Muscle relaxants.
• Pregabalin
Non Medication options:

• Behavior therapy
• Reduction of stress
• Regular exercise
• Healthy diet.

You should consult your doctor about the medication and non medication options that are available for you. It is important to start any treatment under the supervision of your doctor.

Take Care
Regards.
