Dizziness, numbness, pain, dropping things, balance off

Been having spine/cervical pain for a while now but lately my feet are going numb, I get dizzy, blackout for a second or so and losing balance. Also light headed at times, pain as well.  I also drop things at times Had MRI of cervical and lumbar with hallow disc osteophyte complex at C6-C7 causing mild ventral thecal sac effacement and bi-foraminal stenosis. 2. Minimal shallow disc osteophyte complex at C4-C5 causing mild bi-foraminal stenosis and Mild multifactorial neural foraminal stenosis at L3-L4 and L4-L5. 2. Other minimal degenerative changes without significant disc extrusion or central canal stenosis. 3. Minimal dextroscoliosis with no fracture, subluxation or suspicious osseous lesion. There is a prominent hemangioma within the T3 vertebral body. I am a RN and have been reading that some hemangiomas can be symptomatic. I also had Non-Hodgkins Stage 3 Lymphoma 4 years remission. I say that as the hemangioma is where my lymphoma was at the time of my cancer. Of course I am researching everything but wonder if the hemangioma is causing all of my symptoms. Anyone have similar situation and thoughts for same? My appt with neurosurgeon is not till 10/19. Thank you.
