Is this serious?

well I am 18 I have alway having headaches the start of in the front and then travel to the side after a while some are worse then other as well as i can up 15 or more in one day. If was just a headache I would not be worried but i have nausea with all to most headaches...as well as being light headed and dizzy. I had headaches since i was 10 but when i was 13 it happen twice where my vision went black and i was not able to hear anything i didn't think anything of it because it stop. About 6 months ago my headaches started getting worse almost everyday thing and i would get light head and dizzy and my vision would go black and i couldn't hear it was only a few seconds so i thought nothing of it. Honestly nothing of this nature alarmed me until i  was in the shower and my body felt weird, not normal and my head started pounding, heart stated pounding, head spinning, vision gone, hearing was not gone i could hear my heart and i was scared but  my family said it was nothing maybe i need new glasses or drink more water...so i got new glasses and i drink plenty of water and i forgot about it once again until today where is started feeling weird almost how i felt in the shower just not close as bad...i mean between today and yesterday my vision went black about 4-5 times and over all i felt lightheaded almost all day.I had headaches for the past four days i believe. Another about today is how weak i felt.So should i be concerned or listen to my family whom say it is nothing?

You need to make sure that you are limiting your caffeine intake (coffee, sodas and tea), you could be having chronic migraines but you really need to be seen by a neurologist and probably a opthomologist as well.
Also, decrease the amount of ibuprofen,Tylenol  and especially Excedrin Migraine that you are taking. You could be giving yourself rebound headaches.
Good Luck
