Dizzy and a bit of neck pain

Hi i have this MRI results:

Please tell me what's wrong

multilevel disk desiccation is noted from C2-C3 down to C6-C7 levels. Intact disk heights.   Axial images through the disks show the following:    C2-C3 and C7-T1 : No disk bulge. Adequate spinal canal and neural foramina.  C3-C4:  Left posterior paracentral disk osteophyte complex indenting  the anterior spinal cord. No abnormal intramedullary signal seen. Neural foramina are adequate.  C4-C5, C5-C6 and C6-C7: Broad-based posterior disk bulges causing anterior thecal sac indentation. Adequate spinal canal and neural foramina.  The ligamentum flavum and posterior longitudinal ligament are not hypertrophic.   The rest of the cervical cord, including the craniocervical junction, is intact.   Vertebral  marrow  signal  is  intact.  There  is  no  evident  compression  deformity  or

you might have herniated disc causing this problem
