Do I have Vestibular Neuritis or Radiculopathy or anemia?

Hi there! I am 29 years old living in Europe. Recently I got sore throat and cold for which I did not take medicines except gargling with salt water and a good weekend rest. I felt better, but after about a week I got Sinusitis (with yellow/green phlegm) with heavy head, fatigue and puffy face. I did neti pot and sneezed out all the Phlegm and after about 3 days my phlegm changed to white. I took rest for 2-3 days with no extra medicines, but with loads of tea and liquids. But after a week, just after my work out I felt as if I am terribly tired and was almost passing out and trembling. I took some drinks with glucose and felt better. I thought I was in hypoglycemic shock as I was working out in the morning with empty stomach (which was a mistake). After two days, I caught up fever and felt miserable. Went to see ER, and got Paracetemol/NSAIDs for three days. Once or twice i had few drops of blood in my nasal discharge. Fever hasn't gone down so I went again to see doc, and received antibiotics(Azythromycin 500mg/day/five days). Felt a lot better from the first day of antibiotics but terribly weak. Then the fever went in a day or two and never return. During the fever, I used to feel dizzy and had heavy body pains especially near the shoulder and neck, back of head. But after the fever has gone down, I had neck stiffness, numb hands and legs, tingling, shoulder pain and lightheadedness during sleep and when i am about to wake up. This lasted for a week, I saw an Ortho and he said these are signs of Radiculopathy. He gave some muslce relaxants and paracetamol for five days, multi vitamins, calcium and iron (as I had Hb% of 11). He also gave anti-histamines and a medicine for lightheadedness that might be caused by inner ear infection. After almost, 3-4 weeks post fever, I still have lightheadedness (mild), especially when sleeping, heavynes or pressure in my ears, mild neck stiffness and shoulder discomfort. My ortho said these symptoms will continue for more than 2 months. he told some upper body stretches for neck and shoulder discomfort. With muscle relaxants and paracetamol for week I felt better but not totaly well. I recently had another X-ray for cervical spondylitis (negative), PNS (no visible sinusitis). My dizziness is irritating and hindering my regular activity. Adding with my neck and shoulder discomformt. I am not able to take physical work, seems like my glucose levels are fluctuating at times (doctor said I dont have DM and neither in my family), my bp is about 140/90 some days and 120/80 some days. What should I do now? Do I have any more bacterial infection?? Vestibular neuritis? or radiculopathy?or do I have fungal infection (As I have perianal pruritis with candidia like spores?
Thank you for your help
