Doctors are baffled.

I appreciate your time if you read it.  I will keep it short and put it in laymans terms so to speak....... Thanksgiving morning my wife called me at work and said she was having a panic/anxiety attack and was afraid to completely scared to leave the bedroom, scared to death. My son calmed her down and things seemed ok. It has never happened before. Since then she has uncontrolled left arm movement then 2 weeks later the right arm started doing it and now she stutters. 3 MRI'S, 2 CT scans and blood tests and 3 trips to E.R. One virtual call with a neurologist. Mri came back great. They cant figure it out. No drugs or alchohol or head neck injuries. Any idea? Being refered to a neurologist but it could take a couple months to get in. She is taking Benztropine .5mg which helps a little. I thank you for any input. Tried to keep it short lol.
