Does this sound like MS?

Hi. I've been experiencing some scary symptoms that don't seem to be getting any better. I'm just really afraid and have already scheduled a brain and cervical MRI with my neurologist. Over the course of the last 3 weeks I've started to lose feeling in my neck, arms, thighs, groin, teeth, lips, and seems like i've also loss some sense of taste and my ability to swallow. I currently have hashimotos hypothyroidism and have never experienced anything like this. What worries me is that it's all happened so suddenly.

Over the past 5 years I have been dealing with terrible TMJ which I am trying to get corrected and I thought was the cause initially of my numb neck. My trapezius muscles are also both really inflamed which I initially attributed to my bad TMJ and tight neck muscles. I also had been experiencing progressive numbness in my penis as well which is now basically numb.

Long story short I visited the ER twice last week and had MRI's done on my lower lumbar, cervical and main spine. They, along with my neurologist all agreed everything looked good except my cervical had multiple bone spurs and most likely pinched nerves. But they both agreed, it was not bad enough to cause my whole body going numb.

Now I am getting scheduled to do an MRI of my brain and I'm extremely worried it may be MS. The neurologist also saw that my muscle enzymes were way too low and said it might be a muscle thing as well. I don't know what to think anymore and feel so lost and alone. Luckily I have great medical insurance and money to cover my treatment, but I'm still extremely afraid.

Can anyone offer any input or direction for what they think may be causing this? Or if it sounds like MS at all.
