Dr says no Diagnosis... Have numbness face and tingling in fingers

2 months ago it all started with numbness in my left fingers, last two. Then some numbness in toes. Started taking Motrin and got relief. Few week back had sudden dizziness or spinning on standing up for long time. Now it happens often with accompanied numbness/tightness in face. Mostly around ears inside and around cheek. Mainly on left and some on right side. Saw an ENT who did ENG test. No inner ear issue. Saw Neurologist (MS) who ordered brian MRI without contrast and lumbar Spine MRI. All clear. No issues with teeth saw a dentist. They say I do not have any diagnosis and sent me home. I feel vibrations waves going down my back when I work on computer, Mostly sitting down creepy wave feeling when someone passes by or there is any slight movement around. Please advice/suggest what do I do. Ear heaviness and facial numbness and crawling vibration feeling in back sometimes is making me feel so down.

I will continue with physical therapy. Glad atleast theyfound something. Now I am worried why is my B12 low as I eat a v healthy diet rich in meat, calcium and veggies.

Thanks,

Did they do an MRI of ur cervical spine or thoracic...u may have a bulging disk or something up in those areas that may be  causing these issues.

U should also have labs done to be sure u do not have low levels of vitamins and minerals.
