EMERGENCY PLEASE

Ok I am 19 and I am in college. I was perscribed Lamictal and it was not right for me. I started getting a rash and more anxious than normal so they took me off. My anxiety has gotten better but I am still have my legs itch alot. I get these heachaes that lead into a short but terrible migrane that comes and goes and then I  start slurring my words. Sometimes I slur my words without the headaches but each time I start slurring I don't even realize I am doing it, it just happens. People think I am drunk but I do not drink. My body has been getting achy and the cirrculation in my hands have gotten awful. They turn purple and white and get numb and tingly and seriously cold. This also happens to my feet.
Does anyone know what is wrong with me?

Hi,
Slurring of speech with or without headaches are signs of neurologic problems,Please consult a Neurologist at the earliest. You being new to your college and state could possibly be the cause of your anxiousness,Do consult your family doctor before taking appointment with a Neurologist.A family history would prove to be helpful in arriving at a diagnosis.
Good luck
