Feeling Num in back of my head

i have been feeling num in back and left side of my head since last two days, and i also feel giddy,is it normal or what should i do?

no i slept well, and there was no change according in my pillow or i didn't got hurt on my neck also. i have no headache and anything else.

Hello.

Do you remember hurting your neck recently? Such symptoms may be due to cervical nerve root compression.

We have to think of common causes first. Did you sleep awkwardly, with or without pillow (a change from your usual habit)?

You have not mentioned any other symptoms such as headache, balance issues, or tingling. Does this mean you have the numbness only?
