For a couple of days my 79 year old mother has been have spider-web like feelings on the right side of her neck and face with a slight headached. She is a diabetic and has tremors but has not been diagnosed with parkinison.

This is an older post from another member where a MedHelp doctor has weighed in. https://www.medhelp.org/posts/Neurology/spider-web-tingling-on-face/show/990454 He suggests that the spider web tingling feeling might be peripheral nerve irritation. This could be caused by medications she is on or an allergy. The recommendation is to see a neurologist if it continues. Let us know how it goes.
