Head tingling/heat and dizziness days after smoking marijuana

never used drugs before

So like 5 days ago I went camping with some friends and some of them smoke weed frequently, so they bought me some cannabis. I smoked like 2 blunts. I felt some weird heat in my head after the first one, and then some weird tingling/pricking sensation in left-back side of my head.I must also note that I drank 4 beers(not for the first time) and smoked 3 cigarettes (for the first time). After that I went home because I was having a headache. The next days I kept feeling weird tingling sensation on my head mostly on the left side but not only there. Today I also started feeling a strong heat coming from my head. These days I also felt a little bit dizzy, I feel like it takes me a longer time to respond to some things and I feel like it's harder for me to do stuff. At the moment I'm just waiting to see if it gets better but i will soon contact a doctor.
