Headspins whilst sleeping

For many years of my life, i am currently 17 and an extremely active sports person, training generally 25 hours a week, whilst sleeping i would suffer a dizzy spell, it would wake me up, and for about 10 seconds or so i would have uncontrollable dizzy spells, i get it generally once every couple of months.
A lot of times i would have a dream of me spinning on something, and i would wake up and have a spell. after i have woken up it can affect me for several days after, feeling ill in the stomach and feeling just a little bit dizzy, this interrupts my sleeping and eating.

Another few things is i get real bad headspins and my eye sight goes black for a matter of 10 seconds after i stand up abruptly from being in a seated position for awhile. (i seen a doctor and my blood pressure is fine)
and i cannot stand spinning, if i was to spin around for less than 2 seconds i get really sick in the stomach and feel really dizzy for hours after.

If anyone knows anything or can relate to this please help.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
It is possible that ear is the cause of vertigo (rotator movement of self or environment). This could be due to benign positional vertigo, Meniere's disease (less likely as you do not have tinnitus or deafness), vestibular neuronitis and labyrinthitis. Other causes of dizziness are otitis media, trauma, side effects of drugs (ruled out as you do not take any), TMJ, and fluid in ear. All these causes will have to be ruled out one by one by your ENT through specialized test. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
