Help to solve mistery

I am 51 years old and was healthy never had one headache prior to this fishing expedition
no one can diagnose me(seen numerous nurologist) –I personally suspect a neiropoison-my life is destroyed may be someone had similar experience –please help
After fishing expedition in 2005 close to shore Palos Verdes (Los Angeles)
and eating cocked fish ( barracuda may be involved) felt very strange
on the way back –Rising pain on the right side of the body  .
By arriving home had difficulties to talk was totally fatigued (no vomiting or diarrhea)
In 2 days had a headache for the first time in my life
In 4 days in Hawaii eating in restaurant some fish had a Vertigo
2 days later had Pounding heart, chocking sensation, blood pressure 200/100
Hospitalize- Basic test show negative. Brain CT negative
Next day in the Morning –while eating had similar symptoms
Back in LA was observe by Kaiser Physician all labs was negative
7 days later similar Pounding hard, chocking sensation, blood pressure 200/100
Hospitalize -Basic test show negative
Went on short term disability notice had extreme headache not relive by Tylenol Excedrin or other otc meds.
Sensation of the hart was like something was wrong.
All test including MRI and Lime (blood test) shown negative
–ativan prescribe .075 a day for two month
Intolerant to loud noises .Internal tremor

For 2 years without any medication had only constant mild headache on the right and barely noticeable internal body tremor

By beginning 2008 headache severely increased in January develop tinnitus
In both ears. Tremor increase. Numbness in scalp. While taking first dosage levoquin tremor and tinnitus stop for about a minute
Display sign of Depression off unrelieved headache and tinnitus
Decreased appetite ,Constant fatigue
Cracking sound  around  ears .
Currently :Tinitus increase. Constant headache;
All blood work is ok  07/09 /08
Mri with contrast OK 07/26/08
EGE (allergy related) level about 300 (normal100).

Seeing your history i only have one thing in mind which might be a reason. Severe allegy to sea food, fish and try to avoid this and if you still have symptoms, try correlating the symptoms with another neurologist.
Diagnosis is very important for cure, also discuss with Endocrinologist and visit a multispeciality and get checked for connective tissue disorders also.
