Help understanding my MRI results

Discussion:

Diffusion: No pathologic diffusion restriction.
Brain: Chronic right greater than left inferior frontal gliosis and
encephalomalacia involving the gyri recti and medial supraorbital gyri,
compatible with remote contusions. No evidence of intracranial hemorrhage, mass
effect, or abnormal extra axial fluid collection. No abnormal enhancement.
Vascular flow voids: Normal as visualized.
Paranasal sinuses: Moderate right ethmoid complex and right maxillary sinus
mucosal thickening. Mild right sphenoid sinus mucosal thickening. Moderate
rightward deviation of the nasal septum with bone spur.
Mastoids: Clear.
White matter: Unremarkable. No focal lesions.

Other comments: Partially visualized enlarged bilateral retropharyngeal lymph
nodes, measuring up to 1.2 cm, axial T2 image 1.

Dumb  it down for me is it good or bad news. go next week for emg and telling of mri this is information sent to my chart online.
Just wondering if I should take wife with me or leave her home.
