Help with interpreting EMG/NCS results

If you want to, you can skip the first part and scroll right down to the EMNG, as my symptoms may or may not be psychosomatic. All I want to know is if my EMNG results are bad/serious, could it possibly be that the test was conducted sloppily and what I should be doing.
Background:
At age 18 I was admitted into the state hospital for sudden(or so I remember) altered/diminished sensation in legs and later hands that I have had and still do have a hard time describing. Not tingling nor pins and needles but rather a decreased sensation especially with fine, nuanced sensations(twisting bottle caps on and off, locking doors etc.). During those 10-11 days, a full neuro exam, a head CT, EEG, ECG, various blood tests(among which were T3, T4, TSH) as well as an urine test was conducted. All of which turned out normal, with the sole exception of liver ALT and AST(especially) which were somewhat elevated but after a few months those numbers dropped back to normal. ALT was 46 AST was 86, I don't drink before anyone asks. Due to lack of tangible(no pun intended) medical irregularities, as well as my understandably worried demeanor about my state it was diagnosed as anxiety. I was discharged and conducted some other tests on my own in a private clinic afterwards, one of which was an EMNG. It was the only test which gave a bad result and that gave me a reason to worry. He also noticed a subtly weakened plantar reflex in the left foot which could really be nothing. The doctor that did the EMNG wanted me to do a C/L spine MRI, and C/L SSEP and VEP afterwards. The MRI showed a disc protrusion in C5/L1 and some of my postural issues but that's pretty much it. The spine issue may or may not be related to the other thing I should add, as I've had both postural as well as leg pain issues while sitting even before. I noticed that my sensation issues come and go as it has been a 4 years since it first happened. I would also like to add that from time to time I have sleeping issues(waking up feeling dizzy and unwell) It recurred last month and got me worried again so I did a blood test which was normal, including B12 serum level(which was 552 p/mol) and folate levels as well as T3, T4 and TSH. I'd like to add that none of the closer family members have/had any genetic or serious illnesses, apart from my grandfather who died of diabetes complications. Due to my passivity about this EMNG test results out of fear of searching more about any diseases, I haven't done much about it so I need help with interpreting those results to know if there is indeed anything wrong or if all these are just psychosomatic symptoms. Thanks in advance.
