Hit the leftback side of my head

On Saturday 7-21-12 I was at the beach in the bathroom when I slipped on some water and hit my head really hard. I had fallend to the floor and was dazzied for a minute and felt my nose running which I thought the blow was hard enough to make my nose bleed out of both sides I had checked it with my hand and it was clear fluid at least I thought it was clear I was out of it and I was just looking for blood.  I looked up at the sink because I thought I had it the sink hard enough to have broken it more fluid came out. Got up slowly to  so not to fall again. I have a bump that has gone down some but I have had a really bad headache and feel a little off balance since then. I would like to know if there is anything I can do here at home since I am not able to afford to see a doctor I am 43 years old female in good health other then that, and was it normal for you to loose fluid out of your nose? Never had that happend before and I have had bumps on the head in my life but nothing like this one or the effects. please help if you can thanks micki

Thanks Butterfly879, I've been reading all kinds of stuff on brain injurys, and they say the same thing as well.

I would go to the ER. If you can't afford to pay they still have to treat you. You could have a concusion or bleeding in the brain or something else serious.
