How serious are the results of my Cervical MRI?

I recently had an MRI of my Cervical spine because I have been having shoulder pain, headaches and numbness in my left hand. I have already had 2 surgeries on my Cervical spine C4-5 and C 5-6. I had C 4-5 done twice because they never fused after the first surgery. I am almost 61 years old and have had neck and back problems since I was in my 20's. Here are the results of my MRI. I am going to an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon on the 27th of October. I have had 2 injections in my Lumbar region for a pinched nerve this year already and was told I could only have one more so instead of having an injection in my neck I decided to save that last injection for my back because frankly, the back and left leg pain is far worse than the neck pain. Anyway, I'd love an expiation if you could on my MRI results. Thank you.
STUDY:
MRI CERVICAL WO; 9/15/2020 1:00 pm

INDICATION:
neck pain, headaches, left hand numbness screws in spine. Neck pain
and numbness.

COMPARISON:
None.

ACCESSION NUMBER(S):
26274656

ORDERING CLINICIAN:
TINA FRISINA

TECHNIQUE:
Sagittal T1, T2, STIR, axial T1 and axial T2 weighted images were
acquired through the cervical spine.

FINDINGS:
Alignment: Anterior cervical fusion has been performed from C4-C6
straightening of the cervical spine in this region. C6 has 2 mm
retrolisthesis relative to C7.

Vertebrae/Intervertebral Discs: The vertebral bodies demonstrate
expected height. C6 and C7 have thin bands of degenerative marrow
edema adjacent to the C6-7 disc; the C6-7 disc has near complete loss
of height.

Cord: No intrinsic abnormalities of the spinal cord are noted.

Craniocervical junction: No mass of the foramen magnum is noted. The
atlanto odontoid articulation has moderate degenerative changes.

C2-3: The left lateral recess and neural foramen are mildly stenosed
by uncovertebral spurring and mild facet hypertrophy.

C3-4: Disc protrusion and uncovertebral spurring mildly to moderately
stenose the spinal canal with moderate lateral recess and foraminal
stenoses more so on the left. The cord is slightly flattened at this
level with a small amount of CSF posterior to the cord.

C4-5: Disc bulge and uncovertebral spurring mildly to moderately
stenose the spinal canal, abutting the cord with little CSF noted
about the cord at this level. The right and to lesser degree left
neural foramina and lateral recesses are moderately stenosed as well.

C5-6: No stenosis is noted.

C6-7: Lateral recesses and neural foramina are moderately stenosed
more so on the left by disc bulge and uncovertebral spurring.

C7-T1: The disc bulges minimally with no significant stenosis.

T1-2 through T4-5: Sagittal images demonstrate no disc protrusions or
significant stenoses.

The prevertebral and posterior paraspinous soft tissues are within
normal limits.

IMPRESSION:
1. Anterior cervical fusion has been performed from C4-C6.

Multilevel degenerative changes are present most prominent at C3-4
and C4-5.
