How serious is my MRI

This is my MRI findings and I would really like to know how serious it is before I do anything. I am in severe pain most of the time and I just need some relief.

Comparison: none

Technique:
Sagittal and axial T2-weighted and FSE T1 T2-weighted scans and sagittal STIR scans of the lumbar spine were performed.

Findings:
Lumbar vertebral body heights and disc space heights are maintained although disc desiccation seen at multiple levels. There is degenerative endplate changes at T11-T12 incidentally noted with ventral osteophytosis present. A disc protrusion is seen at that level as well with only mild ventral dural sac effacement.

L1-L2

No spinal canal stenosis or foraminal compromise

L3-L4
Very small disc bulging and/or small disc herniation identified with no significant spinal canal or foraminal stenosis

L4-L5
Small dorsal disc bulge is present with a small annular tear likely identified. There is facet hypertrophy present. There is mild concentric canal narrowing without foraminal stenosis

L5-S1
Small broad-based disc bulge is identified with a small superimposed right paracentral intraforaminal disc herniation identified. This does result in lateral recess narrowing without spinal canal stenosis and only mild bilateral foraminal narrowing
