How to Control muscle disorder?

Hi,

I know muscle disorder is not curable but is there ways to control it. A friend of my mine who is 33 year old recently diagnosed with this condition. His arms have got really thin and weak and its spreading. Is there any medication to control it?

Harry, what is the specific muscle disorder?

Does your friend live in or near a city with a teaching hospital?

Is your friend able to do any types of exercise?

Yes he lives in India, He goes to hospital but doctors say there is no treatment available for this just few physiotherapy exercises to delay it. I dont know about the specific type of muscle disorder but his arms and legs are getting thinner and thinner day by day.
