Hypersensitive Skin (localized one area)

I've had localized hyper-sensitivity in my a small area in my pelvis since February 2015. Been to 10 doctors all test come back clear, did MRI's, Accupuncutre etc - tried 20 different meds and creams - nothing works- I believe i have a form of Dynamic mechanical allodynia - or just allodynia in general - the pain level caused is about a constant 3-5. The area of the skin only bothers me when i am moving when cloth or towels rub against it - not when i am naked -  sitting still or lying down.
anyone have similar hypersensitive skin issues?

Meds ive tried - ampytriptyline, gabapentin, naproxen, doxycycline, z pack, lidocaine 5% and a bunch others

Yes sounds like allodynia.  There are somatosensory rehabilitation specialists in Switzerland and Canada and I'm going to visit one next week because after 5 years I have finally realized what was wrong...because there is no test here in the us to diagnose.
