I can't sleep!

Hey I'm 28, for the past week i haven't been able to fall asleep. I close my eyes and lay down and my body feels like it's shaking even though i'm not moving and i also felt a pulse in the in the back of my head. Doesn't hurt but i feel it pulsating. I went to the ER and got a brain scan and everything looks fine. Every time i try to sleep i get shaky and i can't fall asleep. Think is making me anxious, please help.

I think maybe it's the other way around, something sounds like it happened to cause anxiety and that's why you're suddenly not sleeping.  Anything going on lately?

What do you do to relax?
Read my bible, talk to family. Thats it, and google lots of stuff which i know is counter productive but can't help it
Get off the Google machine, no good lies there, you can't diagnose yourself.  Ever learn how to meditate?  Got a form of exercise you really like that you can do until you exhaust yourself?  I think once you break this pattern with a good night's sleep your mind will ease and it could be just a short term thing from some stress.
