I don't know how to form a question more of a curiosity for answers

I have been experiencing seizure like symptoms but when you look up the different types of seizures and you look up their symptoms online. I do not fall under any category I fall under many categories but the fact that I have a lapse in memory loss I have twitching in parts of my limbs that are completely random sometimes I have a sensation of sweat and heat. so the new symptom is that I get Goosebumps so my hair stands up on end very frequently. I suffer from migraines. I do also have a thyroid disease that is under the category of an auto immune disease. I did have a seizure few years ago and went under all the testing you can think of. it was not epilepsy, they said it was a fluke and it was probably due to stress but any time I have any of these symptoms they are completely random they're not necessarily when I'm in a stressful situation sometimes I could just be sitting on the couch playing a game on my phone and I'll have a few symptoms they're getting more and more frequent and that's what makes me nervous if anyone has any advice any links anything please do not hesitate to share Im at a loss at this moment and I can't get any medical professional local to take me serious. Also to note, seizures do not run in my family at all, not even fluke ones. Neither does my thyroid disease. (We think that is from a relative already passed away, I'll never know)

Thank you
