Strange head sensations.

This all started about 3 months ago. I woke up with a tension type headache. No pain, but had the symptoms (band around head, pressure radiating into the jaw.) I didn't think too much about it, but the symptoms never quite went away. About a week into the tension headache, I started to feel a tingling sensation in my left side of my body. My left hand and leg felt off. Not numb, but not normal. I was at work, and suddenly my left arm tensed up and I ended up in the emergency room because I felt like I was dying. The ER doctor said it was a panic attack, gave me some Valium and sent me home. They did a CT scan of my head and said everything was normal, my blood pressure was normal, all vitals were 100% normal and indicative of someone who is extremely healthy. I followed up the next day with my primary doctor who agreed with the ER doctors and prescribed me meds for anxiety. That was 3 months ago. The head tension never went away, nor did the off sensations in the left side of my body.About 3 weeks ago, I started to get intense pressure in my sinuses. Went to the dr, they gave me meds for a sinus infections just in case; however I didn't have any sinus infections symptoms. The pressure went on and on for 2 full weeks before the DR prescribed me verapamil for the pressure. It has subsided some, but is still there. The pressure and tension symptoms only appear midday and last until I go to bed. Daily no exceptions.

I used to be active. I would run 5 miles a day ate healthy. I don't drink or smoke or do drugs.

The doctors seem clueless at this point of whats causing my problems. I think it's a brain tumor. I had an appointment with a neurologist who didn't think that given my perfect CT scan. We're going to do an MRI but I cannot afford to pay for it until December. I'm getting depressed because I go through each day feeling these sensations in my head, the pressure in my sinuses, and the weakness in the left side of my body. I just don't know what to do anymore.

I am only a patient, but given the clear CT, odds of tumor are low. That being said the neuro was an idiot for not doing a headache eval or looking at other things. There are plenty of other things that can go wrong that are not brain tumors. Go see pcp and get a physical rule out things. Also see dentist.
