Hello and welcome to the forum. Thank you for your question.  Your head tremor is probably difficult to deal with. You are currently working with a neurologist?  If you do not feel your current doctor is offering enough help or suggestions to make this situation better, please consider a second opinion as that can often be very enlightening.  Options for managing  dystonic head tremor include Botulinum toxin injections (botox).  Are these the injections you declined? These injections are supposed to be of particular help with head tremor. There are some oral medications given.  There is also something called deep brain stimulation or DBS.  This is more invasive and is often used when the situation is more severe or the patient hasn't been managed with other methods.  In this treatment, electrodes are planted into the brain to help ‘rebalance’ movement and to control posture.  The patient has a battery pack in the chest so obviously, it is all surgically implanted.  Many with head tremor also seek the help of an occupational therapist.
