I have headaches almost every day.

Hi. I have headache almost every day for a year. I have done all tests, and everything seams to be ok, but Im still in pian. Its like a mild migraine and sometimes it can last for 20 days in a row. It also changes sides and intensity. Can you tell me what headache is this and how to treat it?

I have had this same situation for about a month.  Mine sticks to the same area mostly though. But I have been told that what happens with a 'spot' that is tight is that it will pull a different spot and cause pain there and it moves back and forth.  I'm probably not describing that right but it's not uncommon for the back and forth pain is my point. Does anything give you relief like stretching?  Is your neck involved?  Sinuses?  I would talk to your doctor as well.  My husband has a chronic sinus issue that can give him long lasting headaches. I have a traumatic injury from two decades ago that gives me the headaches.  (or maybe it is just being married to each other too, ha ha). But it would help to know where the headaches stem from to talk further.
