I have tremors

ABout a week ago a friend noticed my hands shaking. I have been having bad headaches every few days in the back of my head that have been increasing for months. I had not noticed the shaking before but I had been having memory problems, neuropathy, spasms and cramping in my hands. I had just had an MRI for memory issue that was normal. The day after he noticed the shaking it got worse and that night I had a couple short halucinations about 5 seconds each of a person getting hit by another person. It had never happened before but I let it go and went to bed. The next morning it was alot worse and had a real bad headache. I called my Dr. office and they said go to ER so I did. When I got to ER I was having bad hand tremors and Dr did some visual tests and said I had Parkinson's. How could he know by just a few visual tests? I have a appointment with my PCP in 2 days and maybe then to a neurologist. The tremors have now eased up but I get a feeling Iamshaking on inside but I can't see any. Can tremors stop for awhile and start again? I am 63 yrs old and have Hoshimoto, Sjogrens and Osteoarthritis. I hope I do not HaveParkinson's. What do you think?
