Intracranial hypotension and MRI

Hello! I am guessing that I am suffering from a "mild" case of intracranial hypotension (because I can not take g-forces etc). The problem is to get this diagnosed. If I take an MRI it will not be so easily seen as I have come to understand matters. What I actually would need is an MRI with contrast, right? That is the usual way of diagnosing it. But I always feel better under stress because the adrenaline causes my blood vessels to constrict. If I would take an MRI (with or without contrast) I would definitely get stressed and my symptoms would disappear. But then the MRI would probably not show anything since the usual findings are dilated blood vessels, for example in the pituitary gland? And unfortunately my doctor only have an MRI where I can lay down, not one where I can stand up, and this of coarse also makes the condition harder to investigate. So my questions are the following:
1;
Is there a way to diagnose intracranial hypotension even though I will be stressed up and my condition therefore improved during the test?
2;
Is it possible to diagnose or rule it out just with an MRI without contrast?
3;
Should I just skip the MRI and ask for an epidural bloodpatch immediately?
(I mean, if the diagnoses is tricky and an epidural bloodpatch is easily made, what is the point of an MRI after all?)

I appreciate all answers and comments, both from professionals and others.
Have a nice day you all!

That sounds cool. Seems like a really great tool if something is wrong with the csf flow. But it seems advanced, I wonder if every clinic has access to such a thing..

  The best way to look at CSF flow is a CINE MRI, it is a video in real time of the CSF...this is used when an obstruction is possible and the CINE is done in 2 parts, the first is similar to a reg MRI, the 2nd  they bring u out to add a contrast dye and either a BP clip on ur finger or leeds to track ur BP during the test....

I am not sure this one is done for ICP, but u could ask ur Drs.

Yea, but I have read that the LP method is not very accurate and also considered to be more invasive than MRI. I think the LP method is not used so much anymore. At least that is what I read.

  ICP is usually tested using a LP to check opening pressure.....and if there is a build up it should show....

Not sure y u would want a blood patch?
