Is my pons lesion going to bleed?

I used to drink heavy but then stopped and started doing it sensibly. But then a lesion was found on my pons. Told doc it was when I drank heavy but can’t be sure. I’m no longer drinking. Is this lesion likely to worsen? The pains getting worse and I’m getting dizzy.

I'm sorry you don't feel well.  But I'm not sure what you are talking about.  You say 'ponus'.  Do you mean penis?

OMG, lol.  Sorry.  I was wondering why you were posting on neurology!  What is your doctor's recommendation as your symptoms are getting worse.  If you had a drinking problem (heavy drinking that is correlated to negative health affects), then it might be worth giving it up entirely as cutting down often doesn't last and you go back to the heavy drinking.  But, I know that isn't what you are asking about. So, drinking may not actually be involved with the forming of the lesion.  Did you have any falls?  A traumatic event may actually be more likely.  Here's a list of possible causes: https://www.mayoclinic.org/symptoms/brain-lesions/basics/causes/sym-20050692

Does your doctor suspect MS at all?  Are you following up with them or just monitoring it at this point?

My doc has now discharged me for a year even though the headaches are excruciating now and I have chest pains alongside this. I still have no idea what to do.

Does your doctor know that you are in excruciating pain and that you have chest pains? What does he say about that? Be very honest with your doctor. If you need to, get a second opinion from another doctor.
