Someone please help me to understand my MRI result, thank you.

I'm 41 years old. Two months ago, I slipped on the floor, hit my tail bone and my lower back. I just got my MRI a week ago and I'm wondering if someone can help me understand my MRI. I had an MRI of my lumbar spine. L5 S1: Disc desiccation. Right posterior paracentral herniation with concomitant annular tear, spinal canal and right lateral recess stenosis and encroachment into the inferior right neural foramina. Impingement upon the right S1 Nerve root is felt present. L4/5: Left intra foraminal herniation with inferior left neural foraminal and left lateral recess narrowing. Is it my condition danger? Do I need a surgery? Thank you so much for your time and help. I really appreciate it.
