Is this als

hi my name is Ryan last year I developed muscle twitching in my left leg, then right leg and left arm then I started getting them everywhere from head to toe they aren't constant only a few pops I had a emg on my entire left side, tongue and back all clean neuro suggested bfs after the emg my right hand began to feel tight and also have forearm pain as well NCS in right hand was normal the hand is hard to use as if I've lost dexterity I'm 14 months since twitching 26 year old black Male I'm prior military I can't stop thinking this is ALS is 14 months enough to say it's not Als I don't have any weakness
